For Seniors (65+) or Individuals with Mobility Limitations

We are proud to offer compassionate, accessible notary services for seniors and individuals with mobility challenges.

🚗 We can travel to private residences, hospitals, assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or care centers.
🎗️ Our notaries are trained to recognize signs of cognitive awareness and to ensure that each signer is willing, aware, and acting without duress.
➕ Please let us know if any additional accommodations are needed.

Note: Valid, government-issued photo identification is still required. If the signer is unable to sign, alternative procedures may be discussed based on California notary law.

For Incarcerated Persons⚖️

We offer mobile notary services for incarcerated individuals in local jails, detention centers, and correctional facilities (subject to institutional policies and access).

📱 Please contact us in advance to coordinate with facility staff.
🆔 A valid inmate ID or other acceptable form of identification must be presented at the time of notarization.
💳 Travel or facility access fees may apply and will be disclosed in advance.

Note: We must follow California Government Code §8206–§8214.1 and institutional procedures, including pre-approval and verification steps.
