1. Services Offered
We provide the following professional services:
Mobile Notary Services – in-person notarization at a location you choose (within our coverage area).
Tax Services – tax preparation, filing, consultation, and related support for individuals and small businesses.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services, or have a legal guardian provide consent. For tax services, you must have the legal authority to share and submit your financial data.
3. Appointments & Payments
All appointments must be confirmed via phone, email, or our online booking system.
Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements are made.
Travel fees may apply for mobile notary appointments.
We accept cash, debit, credit, CashApp, Venmo, etc.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Notary Services: Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are subject to a fee.
Tax Services: Once work has begun, fees may not be refundable. If you are unsatisfied, please contact us for resolution.
If client cancels Mobile Notary appointment with less than 24-hours notice client is subject to a $25 Cancellation fee. If client cancels after the arrival of AMNATSOC, LLC at the agreed upon location/site, then the client is subject to a $25 Cancellation fee.
Tax services canceled after work has started are subject to a minimum $75 service fee.
No refunds after tax return submission or notarial completion. *No Fee for cancellation within 24 hours advanced notice.
5. No Legal or Financial Advice
We do not provide legal advice; moreover, we do not provide financial advice beyond the scope of standard tax services. You should consult an attorney or CPA for formal legal or financial counsel.
6. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
Errors caused by incorrect information provided by the client.
Late filing penalties when due to client delay or non-disclosure.
Lost or delayed documents outside of our control (e.g., mail carriers).
