Monthly services are customized according to the client’s business, current contracting activity, number of opportunities being reviewed, and level of administrative assistance required.
The agreed scope, included services, communication schedule, and monthly workload will be documented before services begin.
Work involving urgent deadlines, extensive research, multiple simultaneous solicitations, substantial proposal development, or services outside the monthly agreement may require a separate project quote.
Monthly support does not include legal advice, certification approval, lobbying, guaranteed opportunity identification, proposal scoring, contract-award guarantees, or final business decisions made on behalf of the client.
We begin with a consultation to learn about the client’s business, services, qualifications, target customers, existing vendor registrations, and contracting goals.
The client provides the business information and materials needed for the agreed service. This may include existing capability statements, vendor profiles, service descriptions, certifications, prior performance information, and selected contracting opportunities.
Clients should remove unnecessary sensitive information before sending documents and identify any material that is confidential or subject to special handling requirements.
Austin’s Mobile confirms the services to be provided, expected deliverables, fees, client responsibilities, and anticipated completion schedule before beginning the assignment.
Additional work outside the agreed scope will not be performed without discussing the change with the client.
Austin’s Mobile completes the agreed administrative research, organization, drafting, and document-support work.
Important information may be checked against official agency publications, solicitation documents, registration systems, and other appropriate sources.
Draft materials are provided to the client for review.
The client is responsible for confirming:
Business names and contact information
Experience and qualifications
Certifications and representations
Pricing and financial information
Past-performance information
Required forms and attachments
Submission instructions and deadlines
Included revisions are completed according to the selected package or service agreement.
Final materials are then provided to the client for approval, use, or authorized submission.
Austin’s Mobile does not submit documents, make certifications, or represent the client without prior authorization.

A client may request that generative artificial intelligence not be used for a particular assignment. Austin’s Mobile will determine whether the service can reasonably be completed under that restriction and will explain any resulting change in scope, completion time, or price before work begins.
Clients remain responsible for reviewing and approving all final documents, representations, classifications, registrations, correspondence, proposals, and submissions.

Your target agencies, industries, or prime contractors
Your current vendor-registration status
